Keynote Speaker

Lillian Zarzar is an international speaker, author and coach who specializes in helping you to overcome the barriers that block you from self-expression.
Her purpose in starting her business was to provide access to individuals who want to improve effective communication, develop critical thinking, and build confident decision-making.
Lillian believes that the ability to communicate effectively is the foundation of personal growth. Without it, you can neither express what you want nor can you offer others your wisdom.
As she states "there is a great wisdom in every individual if only they are willing to dig deep enough to find it."

Emcee

Shanisty Ireland is an award-winning Television News Anchor/Reporter with more than 15 years of experience On-Air. She freelances for national and local media outlets featuring some of her favorite recipes and topics from her blog, She's Becoming Domestic. SBD has been featured on hundreds of media outlets including The Today Show, Scary Mommy, The Ellen Show and Huffington Post.
Shanisty has 5 children and is currently working on a cookbook featuring her family's vaulted recipes and dinners that don't make her kids scream, "gross!" She hopes to have the book in your hands Spring, 2024!

Meditation Leader

Lindsey Escaja, our meditation guru and the visionary behind Empower Yoga Boutique. With a 500-hour yoga alliance certification, Lindsey's journey into yoga began after a traumatic experience led her to shift away from her role in corporate America. Following a late start to the practice in 2017, yoga became a constant companion on her healing journey.
Lindsey's mission is to empower those with PTSD, sharing her battles openly to showcase yoga as a holistic healing force. Beyond instilling confidence and quieting the mind, yoga fueled Lindsey's passion to teach trauma-informed sessions for diverse groups, including women veterans, inner-city kids, amputees, and the wider community in Columbus.
Outside the yoga realm, Lindsey takes the lead at LVE Consulting, her other venture, where she expertly navigates the world of ghostwriting and content marketing. In addition, she dedicates time to fostering children in the Columbus area, delving into a good book, enjoying cozy moments with her dogs, and venturing on exciting escapades—staying true to her adventurous Sagittarius spirit.
