Meet Rhi

Though she has over 15 years of experience in business administration, finance, and marketing, Rooted founder, Rhi Bailey prefers to be known as a connector and community creator! She believes in heart-led businesses, investing in community and could spend hours in a small town with lots of little boutiques and eateries or a good farmers market!

Meet Amanda

Amanda is our busy bee behind the scenes! From day one, this girl has helped dream up and create the look and feel of Rooted. She is a creative to her core and loves helping small businesses in the areas of brand photography, web development & design, and social media marketing & content creation. Amanda truly knows how to make a brand shine. She firmly believes that passion fuels purpose and will never turn down the opportunity to exchange passions, goals, and ideas!

Meet Anna

Anna is our Rooted For Women DC community leader! She has 3 years of experience in event planning, event management, and vendor coordination. Most of her career was in first grade teaching, so a fast-paced, fun environment is where she thrives. Anna really, really loves making connections, networking, and cultivating community with other women in business. She genuinely believes in empowering women in business, and loves her old man dog, Cooper, the gym, and her morning routine!

Meet Courtney

Courtney Jones has over 10 years of marketing experience across the publishing and financial industry, but her heart has always been to help people do what brings them joy. Through running her own graphic design business, she is able to help small businesses and service providers with marketing strategy, web design, and publication design. She believes that everyone needs a creative sidekick and loves helping people bring their dreams to life!

Meet Maddie

Maddie is the brightest ray of sunshine you will ever meet. Her passion lies in family photography and she always strives to be a joy in front of, as well as behind a camera. Starting out as a nanny and pre-school teacher, this girl knows how capture playful energy and genuine emotions. Maddie is always willing to lend a hand and has always been there to support Rooted.
